• Ricotta - Our gnocchi are made with fresh ricotta impastata – a smoother, creamier version of ricotta - and durum wheat flour. These gnocchi are tender and light and have been described as a hug from Nonna for your tummy! Serve them simply with butter and parmesan or with your favorite sauce.
