Learn to Make Pasta

Come to one of our hands on pasta making classes and learn how to make fresh pasta like an Italian Nonna. Owner and Pasta Maker (and Dishwasher), Carmella will teach you how to make fresh pasta dough, ravioli, gnocchi, orecchiette, sauces and more. We have a variety of classes that focus on different pasta traditions from all the regions of Italy. We eat what we make!


Where to Buy

In the fall of 2017 we will be moving to a new Pasta shop and out of our little garage. The new shop will give us 3 times the space and have a little retail store where you can buy your favorites. We will still be at 5-6 Farmer’s Markets every Saturday, year round. You can also find the pasta at Weaver Street Market, Whole Foods and at specialty stores around the Triangle.


Who is Melina?

Carmella’s family always has, and still, calls her “Melina”. It’s a nickname for Carmella. Since her family is in Syracuse, NY where she grew up the name is a connection to home.
